Welcome to Marley Hillwalkers. We are a very active club that meets in Rathfarnham. We are privileged in having the magnificent Dublin and Wicklow mountains right on our doorstep where we walk regularly. On holiday weekends you will find us going further afield and exploring mountains all around Ireland. Our adventures also take us to exciting foreign locations at least once a year.

A typical walk is between 10 and 15km and on alternate Sundays there is a short walk option. Walks are graded easy, moderate and difficult. You may choose the level that suits you however a good level of fitness and familiarity with rough terrain is needed to tackle the more difficult walks.

The club is closed to applications for membership as both the membership and waiting lists are full. The club will review the position in November 2026 which is the date for annual renewals.

Our club is all about truly appreciating and experiencing our wonderful mountains.
